The automotive sector is required to meet recovery and recycling
targets for vehicles when the reach the end of 3
their
lives. Additionally manufacturers are required to remove
certain proscribed substances from new vehicles.
We offer training and tools to assist
the automotive sector with design, recovery and recycling:

Testing for restricted substances
•
Supply chain training and awareness raising
•
Life-cycle assessment
We are delivering a training and support
package for the automotive sector in the West Midlands in
partnership with Jaguar. This activity is funded by the Learning
and Skills Council.
